All Guests availing services of Hey! PG  will be bound by the Terms and Conditions of Hey! PG. Occupancy of the property is restricted to those names only who booked with us and provided their id proof, address proof and passport size photo.  Information or instructions relating to this accommodation will be communicated to the paying guest only and not to any third-party member. Guest should be above 18 years and should be having valid id proof, address proof, college/company id card. Valid id’s are: Voter id card, driving license, aadhaar card, passport, domicile by district magistrate. Pan card is not valid. In case a Guest has his/her own vehicle, he/she will have to submit a copy of Vehicle Registration and valid Driving Licence separately.

Booking Policy

The process of booking a PG from our  website may require you to disclose confidential information including Credit Card number etc. To prevent any possibility of unauthorized access to your confidential information such as name, address etc, you shall not access this site from insecure computers, insecure communication links, insecure mobile phones or locations such as Internet-Cafe(s), Cyber-Cafe(s) and other commercially available internet enabled computers or computer services. There are 2 methods to book with Hey! PG. Either Book with token i.e. INR 1,000 or Schedule Free Visit. The difference is Book with token will confirm guest booking instantly while Schedule Free Visit  will not confirm  booking. Once booked with token online and if  guest wants to change the selection, token amount will be adjusted to the new selection.  Guests visiting via Schedule Free Visit when finalize an accommodation, they can pay token amount INR 1,000 there to our representative. Remaining amount will have to be paid before entering the house. Monthly Rent Cycle Date will start from the date guest finalize the booking by paying the remainder. In case Guest fails to finalize the Monthly Rent Cycle Date by visiting the property/over phone, Booking  Date will be considered as Monthly Rent Cycle Date.  We do not charge brokerage or security rent deposit amount.

Our Charges

No! Security No! Brokerage. Only refundable Trust Fee = 1/3 of rent of one month (Refundable at the time guest leaves the house).


Rent: The Guest shall pay a monthly rent (“Rent”) for a room occupancy on sharing or full occupancy basis. The Rent shall be payable one month in advance during the period of stay of the guest, before and within 5 days of his/her monthly rent cycle date. Any delay in payment of rent beyond the monthly cycle date will attract a penalty of INR 500 per day and in the event of failure of payment beyond 5th day of monthly rent cycle date, the Guest will be requested to vacate the Residential Facility and the dues will be adjusted against the Trust Fee. The Guest is responsible for paying the rent even when the Guest is absent from the Residential Facility. Transferable rent facility is limited to those who are Gold Members  of Hey! PG. To avail this offer Guest can become a Gold Member by purchasing Gold membership for INR 500. Additionally transfer of rent from one Hey! PG (A) to other Hey! PG(B)  is based on availability of accommodation at Hey! PG(B).  During rent transfer the Monthly Rent Cycle will not be disturbed/changed/modified.

Cancellation Policy & Changing a Booking

We do not charge anything if Guest changes a booking. After booking if Guest wants to change the selection. He/She can change selection and token amount INR 1,000 will be adjusted to the changed selection. Once a booking has been accepted and confirmed, a cancellation can only be made in accordance with the terms below:

  •  Before 15 days from Monthly Rent Cycle date : 100% Refunded* (*only transaction charges are deducted)
  •  Before 10 days from Monthly Rent Cycle date : 100% Refunded** (**only INR 300 will be deducted)
  •  Before 5 days from Monthly Rent Cycle date : 100% Refunded*** (***only INR 500 will be deducted)
  • Upto 4th day before and on Monthly Rent Cycle date : 50% Refunded****{**** (50% +  INR 500) will be deducted}

Note: No Refunds after Monthly Rent Cycle Date.

Entry/Exit Policy

After finalizing a booking Guest can Enter/Shift/Move in/Accommodate on or after the Monthly Rent Cycle Date. Guest shall pay rent of one month and Trust Fee before entering  the house. Required photocopies of  Id proof/Address proof/Passport size Photo can be submitted to the Owner/Hey! PG anytime before entering the house or can enter also by bringing Originals of  Id proof/Address proof/Passport size Photo along with them at the time of move in.

Guest can choose to give notice to Vacate/Transfer upto 30 days in advance to the Monthly Rent Cycle Date. Guest shall give notice to Vacate/Transfer minimum 15 days before the Monthly Rent Cycle Date. Once notice is given to vacate, it is upto Guest that he/she can vacate before Monthly Rent Cycle Date but all the settlements will be made according to the Monthly Rent Cycle Date. Once the notice/request is given to Transfer, minimum 15 days are required additionally transfer will be made as per availability of accommodation at requested place. On Exit/Move-out the Trust  Fee will be refunded within 7 days from Move-out and refunding amount will be after any deductions required such as wear and tear (optional)/late payment charges (optional)/Exit Fee INR 500(mandatory).

Condition of the Property

The Property will have been inspected prior to occupation and therefore The Guest undertakes to: Notify The Owner/Caretaker of property immediately with regard to any damage and/or maintenance issues that require attention. Keep the Property and all furniture, fixtures, fittings, chattels and effects in or about the Property in the same state of repair and condition as found at the commencement of the Rental. Where a cleaning service is provided; The Guest shall follow the departure instructions provided by The Owner/Caretaker. Where a cleaning service is not provided; The Guest shall leave the Property in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found. Failure to do so to the satisfaction of The Owner will result in a damage/cleaning charge being levied.

Equipment and Facilities Provided

Equipment and facilities are provided at the discretion of  The Owner and whilst every attempt is made to ensure that such equipment is in working order for the duration of the rental period, should a breakdown or some other situation occur that renders non-essential element unusable, the Owner does not take responsibility for replacing or refunding The Renter for the lack of use of these equipment or facilities. The equipment and facilities referred to include (but are not exclusive to) such items as  motors, televisions, fridge, ac, wifi, geyser etc.. The Renter must report any inoperative or defective equipment to The Owner promptly! The Owner will make every reasonable effort to have repairs made as soon as possible. While every attempt will be made to ensure that all the advertised equipment and appliances are in working order at the commencement of a rental period, no reduction of rent; rebate; or refund will be issued for a mechanical failure of air conditioning, dishwasher, washer, dryer, TV or other appliances. The Guest agrees to maintain their Unit in a clean, sanitary and orderly condition.

Good Conduct

The Guest shall himself/herself bear the responsibility for not  interfering with the possession or occupancy of the other Co-Guests and the members of the society/neighborhood in which the Residential Facility is situated. The Guest shall not commit, be involved directly or indirectly in any act/action/activity that is a reason for causing nuisance to the Co-Guests and the neighborhood/society in which the Residential Facility is situated including but not limited to causing   injury to any person, damage to any person’s personal property, carrying on illegal activities, bringing guests or any person not authorized by the Owner/Hey! PG to enter into and stay in the Residential Facility, etc.  The Guest shall be personally liable and responsible for all such acts/actions/activities causing nuisance to the other Co-Guests and the members of the society/neighborhood in which the Residential Facility is situated. The Owner/Hey! PG reserves the right to take any action as it may deem appropriate including requesting the Resident to vacate the Residential Facility in case the Resident is found to be causing nuisance as detailed in this Section.


The Guest represents, warrants, acknowledges and agrees with Owner/Hey! PG that he/she will use the Property and its facilities in accordance with The Terms and Conditions above and the Information provided and that he/she does so at his/her own risk and that he/she indemnifies and saves The Owner/Hey! PG harmless from any personal injury, sickness or death, loss or damage, however caused, to person or property of The Renter, his/her family, or guests, before during or after the time of occupancy. Further, he/she accepts full responsibility for the use of the Property/appliances and agree to pay for any damage of said equipment, other than for normal wear and tear. The Guest further acknowledges he/she is responsible for ensuring the safety of all his/her belongings and vehicles in case Guest has a vehicle.
